Transition Academy

The Transition Academy (TTA) is Jackson County, Missouri’s most comprehensive transition program. Based in Kansas City, MO, we partner with high schools to support youth with disabilities as they prepare for the workforce. Through career exploration, job readiness training, and connections to employers, we help students feel excited about their post-high school opportunities and work to make economic inclusion a reality.
