The Nemaha County CDDO, a division of Nemaha County Training Center, Inc., is designated by the county as the point of access for entry into Intellectual and Developmental Disability Services. As a CDDO, we are responsible for working with you to arrange for needed community services if you qualify as having a developmental disability.
